Rates
Rates may vary due to seasonality and demand. Rate changes may occur at the discretion of the property owner. If a rate has changed from the currently posted rate, you will be notified prior to booking confirmation at the time of your deposit.
A deposit is required to finalize your reservation.
We will contact you to confirm your reservation and to collect your deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made prior to 15 days of check-in will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the existing deposit, meaning only a 50% refund of your deposit will be granted. Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in or less are not eligible for a deposit refund.
